Chryssis Village

It is a newly built tourist accommodation built in 2023, located in Nea Potidea of Halkidiki. It consists of five two-story maisonettes, one of which is adapted for people with special needs.

Arriving at Chryssis Village, you enter the interior of the site through an electric sliding door that can be operated with a remote control. We have up to eight parking spaces, the outside area of the site is video-monitored with light and motion detectors, and there is also enough play space for our little guests, such as a playground among others there are also various play options, for the parents there is a BBQ area where you can grill yourself. The best beach of Potideas is only about 350 meters away.

Ground Floor

Kitchen, living room, toilet bathroom and two large terraces one at the front and the other at the back.

The kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances, fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, spacious fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pans and saucepans are available and a large terrace, the living room has a large dining table with four chairs and a corner sofa with sleeping function for up to two people, a small table, a 55 inch Smart TV and another large terrace as well as a large toilet bathroom with shower, hair dryer, washing machine.

The two available huge terraces at the front and at the back where you can spend endless hours relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of nature because there are tables with seating on both terraces.

First Floor

An internal marble staircase takes you to the upper floor where you will find a large toilet-bathroom with shower. A large bedroom with king-size bed with night lighting, wardrobe, separate air conditioning and a balcony with sea views. Another bedroom with two single beds with night lighting, a wardrobe, separate air conditioning as well as a large balcony overlooking the nature.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of the site is video-monitored with light and motion detectors, there is also enough play space for our little guests such as a playground among other things, and there is a BBQ for the parents
